Questions

Day to day questions.

What if Paidara can’t tell which job a ticket is for?

It asks your crew which job it is. If none of your jobs fit, the office picks the job.

What if Paidara can’t read part of a ticket?

It asks for a close photo of just that part, like the ticket number or the date.

What if someone sends the same ticket twice?

Paidara texts back that it already has that ticket, so there’s no need to send it again.

What if someone didn’t work today?

On work days, Paidara asks anyone who sent no ticket. If they didn’t work, there’s nothing to do, and the foreman can mark them as not working.

Can the office fix a number?

Yes. The office can fix a number before it taps approve.

What does the foreman have to do?

Look over the day’s list on a phone and send it to the office. It takes one tap.

What if the signal is weak?

We are still testing texts on weak signal, so we can’t promise it yet.

Can my crew text in another language?

Not for tickets yet. Email us and tell us which language.

Your records

They are yours.

Who can see them

  • The owner can ask us for a copy of your records, and we send it within 2 business days.
  • Each company sees only its own records.
  • Our staff look at your records only when you ask us to, when you turn on support access, or when we have to keep Paidara safe or follow the law.

Where they are kept

  • The service that carries texts and photos is in the United States.
  • The service that reads tickets is in the United States. It can’t use your records to train itself.
  • Your main records are stored in Canada.

Some parts are still being built. Pilot companies try them first.

The pilot

Try it on your jobs. Tell us what to fix.

We are looking for a few Alberta companies to try Paidara. The pilot runs eight weeks. Email us or book a short call and we will talk it through.
