Paidara

Your crew texts the ticket. Paidara does the paperwork.

  1. Your crew texts a photo to your company’s own number.
  2. Paidara puts it with the right job and asks for anything missing.
  3. The office checks it and taps approve.

We set up the number. Your crew just keeps texting.

Why Paidara

What makes us different.

01

Nothing to install.

Your crew texts from the phone they already have. There’s no app.

02

Asks the crew for you.

When something is missing, Paidara texts the crew. The office doesn’t have to chase it.

03

Every ticket keeps its photo.

The office can find it later and check it against the numbers.

04

The office has the last say.

Nothing goes to a client until the office says so.

Paidara does the asking.

Your crew texts from site. Paidara asks for whatever is missing.

  • A crew member who sent nothing gets a text asking for the ticket.
  • A missing signature gets a text asking the crew to have the site super sign before they leave.
  • The foreman checks the day’s tickets on a phone and sends them in with one tap.

Questions

What owners ask us first.

Does my crew need an app?

No. They text from whatever phone they have. We set up your company’s number.

What if the photo is blurry?

Paidara texts back and asks for a new one. It does the same if the ticket is cut off or too dark.

Who can see my tickets?

Each company sees only its own records. Our staff look at your records only when you ask us to, when you turn on support access, or when we have to keep Paidara safe or follow the law.

Where are my records kept?

Your main records are stored in Canada. Some services we use are in the United States, like the one that carries texts and photos and the one that reads tickets. The ticket reader can’t use your records to train itself.

Will Paidara contact my client without me knowing?

No. The office checks every ticket and taps approve first.

Do you track where my crew is?

We do not track where your crew is. We take the location out of every photo they text in.

The pilot

Try it on your jobs. Tell us what to fix.

We are looking for a few Alberta companies to try Paidara. The pilot runs eight weeks. Email us or book a short call and we will talk it through.
